Susan joined The Alliance in 2018 and is responsible for overseeing the administration, programs, and strategic plan for the agency. She handles the fiscal management and provides final approval for recruitment, development, and efficient utilization of personnel.
Barbara has been working at The Alliance since 2001 and is responsible for overseeing and managing departments and functions related to the day-to-day operations of the agency. Barbara is also the agency's Privacy Officer and is responsible for the sharing of information internally and externally as per Federal and State Laws.
Independent Assessment and Special Projects Director
Lisa is responsible for overseeing the implementation, planning and delivery of evaluations for determining eligibility for EI services as well as other projects relating to training, family coaching, and data management. Lisa has been with The Alliance since 2011.
Pat is the longest-tenured employee at The Alliance and has been with the organization since 1996. She is responsible for ensuring that Service Coordination services are performed according to the highest standards and are in accordance with applicable regulations.
Information Systems Director
Deb is the IS Director at The Alliance and is responsible for the management of the client database including overseeing the internal and external flow of information, reports, and technical support. She has been with the organization since 1997.
Karin is responsible for multiple programs focused around the well-being of families and their children including Mental Health Supports, CYF collaborative projects, the At Risk Tracking service coordination unit and Child Find outreach programming. Karin has been with the Alliance since 2013 and has over 30 years of experience n the field.
